Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the website forms.

We use information to:

• respond to quote requests and general inquiries;
• connect you with an advisor and identify potentially suitable insurance options;
• communicate about the request you submitted;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• maintain business records and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and insurance-industry obligations; and
• prevent fraud, misuse, or threats to the security of our services.

The quote form may temporarily save the contact and quote details you entered in your browser's local storage so you can resume a recent request. The website treats that saved information as recent for approximately 15 minutes and removes stale form data when the quote page is revisited. You can also clear it through your browser settings.

We do not currently use the website forms to place advertising cookies or build profiles for targeted advertising. Our hosting, security, or infrastructure providers may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Service providers: vendors that support email delivery, website hosting, security, and related operations. The current quote workflow uses Resend for internal email notifications.
• Advisors and insurance providers: licensed advisors, agencies, carriers, or other insurance-market participants when needed to evaluate or respond to your request.
• Legal and safety purposes: courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transactions: a successor or relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not use submitted quote or contact information for third-party targeted advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business and insurance records, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by record type and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to submit online.

Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal data, access or obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain portable data, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. We do not currently sell personal data or process it for third-party targeted advertising.

Indiana residents may submit applicable requests under the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act. If we deny an eligible request, you may ask us to review that decision. We may need to verify your identity and request details before responding, and legal exceptions may apply.

When you submit a quote request and select the consent checkbox, you authorize State Plus Insurance and its representatives to contact you about that request using the email address or phone number you provide. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing insurance. You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop particular communications at any time by replying to the message or contacting us using the details below. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent when permitted by law.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them before providing information.

We may update this policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another appropriate method.
